New, reply, reply to all, and forward are grayed out. Help!!!!

My outlook recieves fine and I can read my mail. I can not send out new or
reply or forward because those options are grayed out on the toolbar. Any
help would be wonderfull.

Did you define an SMTP server in the e-mail account?
