New Programs Installed

Can someone please expain to me how to find out which are
the new programs installed when that message comes up at
the start prompt? Problem is I haven't installed any
new programs for at least a month. When I look at
add/delete software in control panel I don't see anything
in that shouldn't be.
 
Think I just found the answere to my own problem, I had
changed my date ahead a month and while in that mode
installed a new program. I suspect this message will
continue until I pass the Sept 26th date.
