new profile problem

Hi,

I an facing a new problem that , A new profile geting created in many of the
systems saying that unable to load your profile it is creating temp profile
tolog on.

Please help me give any solution to rectfy this problem

What does it say in the Event Viewer? Sounds like a corrupt user
profile or permisions problem.
