When clicking on links in email it goes to "Locate link browser". Is it just
a matter of navigating to the browser I use so it has a link?

Here are couple of things to try:

Get hyperlinks in OE to open IE.

Fix File Associations. Fix htm and url.

It turned out as that all had to do was to navigate to the browser I use (FF).
