New Problem - Formatting and Fonts Gone

Now I've opened up files to find the formatting and fonts gone. No Times New
Roman. No Calibri. When I try to change things back in the document nothing
happens! What is going on?! Help!

I figured it out....I changed back the printer from generic and it brought
back the fonts and formatting.....
