New PPT FAQ - Distributing PPTs - Pitfalls, Panics and Pleasures

I've just added this to the FAQ. It concentrates mostly on distributing PPTs
on CD; I'm sure there's plenty I've left out. No worries, consider it a work
in progress, suggestions MORE than welcome.
