new outlook user

hi everyone. im completely new to this outlook thing. some terms i'm not
familiar with and ive tried to read the help index, but still a bit
confused. i'm not familiar with all the technical jargon.

for example i tried to get into the usergroups for telus but it says i'm not
connected to the site? did i enter the server name wrong?

application.
