NEW OS ERROR MESSAGE

After i loaded up windows xp professional, and i went to log into an account,
a message popped up that said

"A Problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for
this computer. Error Code: 0x800700002.

I had the same error. I had to find and extract the regsvr32.exe file. Once
that was done my problems went away.
