"New menu" button

I have created a "New menu" button but can't find any possibilities to edit
it with content. I would like to give it a name and provide it with a
shortcut to the company's contact list on our exchange server. As it is I
have the shortcut on the "Shortcut" button listed with other things.
 
Why not just set it up that when a user clicks on the Address Book button
that the GAL or your local Exchange address book comes up first instead of
contacts?
