I recently updated my motherboard (MB). I have Windows XP
Home SP1 version and everything was working great prior to
the MB upgrade. After updrade, everything is great except
for my modem. Modem properties detects my modem and
diagnostics queris my modem. So, it seems everything is
working fine. I have NetZero and JUNO. Both are unable
to detect my modem and actual state Windows is unable to
detect my modem. I am able to download email only with
JUNO but not connect to the internet with either ISP. My
modem is an Intel V92 HaM modem. There are no conflicts
with this modem. It is on COM3. I am unable to change
what COM port it resides on.

Any ideas on what happened to my modem?

Any help would be much appreciated.
