New mail message notification not working

Hi All,

I have a New message notification problem.

Recently my company installed Outlook Web Access(OWA) in all systems.
When new mail comes from other system or outside the company, the
notification “You have a new mail†is not working.
I checked “Display a notification when new e-mail items arriveâ€, but no
result.

Please help me how to cross this.

That's actually not an Outlook issue that's an Outlook Web Access issue.
I know it's hard to know the difference, but OWA is actually a web
component of Microsoft Exchange server and not the Outlook client of the
Office suite.

You should post this question in one of the
Microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroups where the Exchange (and by
extension OWA) experts hang out.

See the URL in the address bar of your web browser? Just change
"microsoft.public.outllook.general" to "microsoft.public.exchange.clients"
