Hello ! I would like to know how to ENABLE the tiny
icon that pops on my TASKBAR that shows when there is new
mail in OUTLOOK EXPRESS.

You cannot disable the icon in OE. So if it does not show up on your
computer, the icon may be disabled in the Notification Area
customizations. Right-click an empty spot on the Notification Area of
the Taskbar and select "Customize Notifications". Find the OE icon
here and set it to "Hide when inactive" or "Always show".
