New Junk e-amil option:Add Senders Domain to Blocked Senders List

Since some Junk e-mail sites send mail out under a plethora of senders names,
add an option to the Junk e-mail menu to block e-mail from the entire domain.
This would be an option to be exercised by the user. We already have an
option to Add Senders Domain to Safe Senders List.
