It affected your keyboard too I see. The caps locks is buggered up.
I personally need a bit more information then "my programs have
disappeared"

Was this a clean install? An upgrade? etc?

You gotta wonder how people like this have figured out how to use a
newsgroup, but not their computer? Does AOL have some sort of Instant
Newsgroup now? I feel so bad for this person.
