no downloading

I cannot save images to file. The folder window opens but
the save button only ativates the browser for a second but
nothing has happenend. I've tried a few things but cannot
find the problem please help! -ed

Try cleaning out the Temporary Internet Files. In IE choose Tools |
Internet Options
