I was reading some of the previous posts about the RPC
rebooting the station after being connected to the
internet. This happened to me while loading Norton and
updating files for MSN. After the station rebooted I was
no longer able to get to the servies to start the
installer and stop the RPC. I reloaded XP Pro using the
Advanced settings and now my system is a dual boot with
FAT32 and NTFS. Problem is the 2 Gig part of the
partitioned drive it put the new XP on is showing low
disk space. Do I need to reformat the other larger
partition before I can reinstall XP Pro? The restore
disk I have to use has Win98 SE only. Thanks
