Fixed problem with film profiling

Maybe Ed Hamrick can be a bit more specific?
Re-profiling recommended?

If the it8 file name was "film.it8", VueScan was using an
internal data set for the it8 file, and ignored whatever
was in the "film.it8" file ("film.it8" was treated as a special
file name).

If you used something like asdf1234.it8 for the
file name (anything except film.it8), then there's no need
to re-profile.

Thanks, I see it doesn't impact my workflow.

Since I use several scanners and scan different films, my scanner
profiles will always have different names depending on the
scanner/film *family* combination. That would also apply to film
profiles, if I used them, a scanner/film *type* combination per
profile. The default names scanner.it8 and film.it8 are not adequate,
unless one uses a single scanner and scans one film type.
