New IE window replaces existing open window

Can someone please tell me what setting to change that
makes new IE sessions open in a new window?

When I have two sessions opened, and I click on the IE
icon to open a third, the new window overwrites the
first. For example, I have two IE sessions going, the
first is CNN, the second is MSN. When I click on the IE
icon to open a third, it opens over the first (to my
homepage). So now, I have homepage, MSN.

I know I can use the menu option to open new windows, but
that is very inconvenient.

Thanks-- (e-mail address removed)
