Hello! I am brand new to this group!
Let me start by explaining what I am wanting to do. I am learning Access as I go, so I know pretty much nothing.
I am trying to build an inventory for my school cafeteria program. Basically, all I need it to do is keep a perpetual inventory and be able to override the perpetual totals when they do a physical count.
I have the tables built, but I am running into 2 problems (so far!). One, I want to be able to replace null values with 0 when they do their perpetual or physical inventories since I wouldn't want them to manually have to type in 0 for every item. Next, I don't really know how to go about having a physical count override the "In Stock" field.
Any suggestions would be so greatly appreciated. I have really learned a lot about Access in the past week or so and really like it. Thanks!
