New HDD was assigned F: How do I assign it to C:?

I recently rermoved an old drive and replaced it with a new one. I made what
was my main HDD, my new backup drive. I didn't remove any files from this
drive when I made the switch just incase something went wrong and I needed to
revert back to my previous state. My problem now is that my old primary
drive is still ( Local Disk C:) and my new drive was assigned ( Local Disk
F:) which comes after my two burner drives. My question is how do I reassign
my F: drive to C: and place my F: drive where it belongs in the D: position?
Thanks in advance

XP works a little differently than earlier Windows. The normal order in XP
is C: (system), D: (optical drive), E: next internal hard drive. If there
are two optical drives, they will be D: and E: and the next internal drive
will be F:. Your's is a normal XP setup. You can change drive letters for
any but the system drive in the disk manager at Start>[right click]My
Computer>Manage>Disk Manager but I suggest that you leave the system the way
XP likes to set it up.

Additional note: The lettering works differently with partitions on the
same drive as opposed to separate drives.
