After I installed a new sound card I get a message that my computer found
new software-Gameport- and suggests to install it. But I do not need it and
do not want it! How can I explain this to my computer?

Install the device, then disable it in the Device Manager.
 
It will make no difference whether you disable it or not, any more than
disabling the parallel port will make any difference when using a USB
printer..
 
you can disable gameport and midiport from BIOS setup (at bootup by pressing
DEL)
