What is the easiest way to copy my current drive with xp
in total to a new drive that will be bootable with all xp
and data files intact ???
surely this has been done numerious times but havn't seen
any sugestions.

I just finished doing the exact same thing. All drive
manufacturers supply software to install, format and
transfer files to the new drive. The software comes with a
retail drive kit, but if you buy an OEM kit you will get
just the drive. The software can be downloaded free from
the drive manufacturers web site. Just follow the
instructions.
