New Hard Drive Problems

Just had hard drive replaced.Shop put in Norton 2003 Pro.Now heep getting
alerts about spybots ircbot being removed but HLLW.gaobot.qen cannot be
accessed.Never had problems like this before hard drive blew and I am stumped
