Hello well i have had a Dell tech help me but i am having this problem with a
white blank page coming up on my comuter the only way i can get rid of this
sily thing is hitting the windows logo and the right clicking it and closing
it. My Question is this I have windows vista premium and i had to reformate a
while ago and this is what is happening so my Question is this how do i get
rid of this silly thing so it does not come up anymore on here? Thank-you

Is this white blank page associated with any application at all, such as
Internet Explorer, Explorer shell? Is this a clean install of Windows Vista
or applications have also been installed? If so, could list them?
