New Folders and Views

Whenever I create a new folder under my Inbox, only the Importance,
Attachment, Icon, Flag, Subject and Received columns appear. I'd like to
have Outlook default the new folder view as Important, Attachment, From,
Subject, Received and Size, so that whenever I create new folders they would
automatically contain these columns. Is this possible? Thanks!

You can edit the Messages view for that;
View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Define Views...

Or create a new view and apply that on first use
