Columns

Have Outlook 2002 and like to know if these are possible:

1. Is there a default column setting when creating new folders? When I
create new folders, the default columns are: Importance, Icon, Flag,
Attachment, From, Subject, Received and Size. Is there away to change this?
I like to add a "To" column when creating new folders.

2. Same thing as above but with new personal folders, PST files.

3. I noticed when I clicked on Format Columns, in the "From" Format drop
down, I can see a format "From/To". I saw no difference using that and
"From only". What is the concept of using the "From/To"?

4. Is there a way to color Outlook folders, not messages?

5 I created a folder, in that folder I created 10 folders. After creating
the 10 folders, I found out I needed to add another column to all ten
folders. It looks like I have to open each folder and add that column one
at a time. Is there a multiple way doing that?

Thanks,

But for all folders except for Sent Items, the "to" is you. Why do you need
to show your own name?

See http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/grouping.htm for an example on how to
change a View so that it applies globally.

I don't think so.
