New Folder

I use Vista on a laptop. I have created a new folder in "Local Folders." I
wish to send emails from one sender to this new folder. I wish to have these
emails appear directly in this new folder rather than "Inbox."

How do I do this?

Create a message rule to move emails from that person to that folder.
Tools - Messages Rules - Mail
 
If you have more than one rule, be sure each is terminated with
"Stop processing more rules".
