New External RAID System?

We have been using a Promise UltraTrak RM4000 for a while on our server and
we are now looking for more space.

We've been pretty happy with the unit, though seems like All RAID Options
I've looked at have not real Monitoring solution to tell you about the
status of the RAID as its happening via email or something.

Any Suggestions on a new RAID5 unit? Looking for 800GB or more total
capacity.

I use an Adaptec (internal) it has email and other monitoring options, ie
via network
various other adaptec units have these options.
