new explorer window

hi - quick question . how do i make explorer open a new
window every time i click on a link instead of overwriting
the existing window ?
 
tools, internet options, advanced, browser, uncheck "Reuse windows for
launching shortcuts", click apply and ok out.
 
Open IE
Click Tools/Options/Advanced
untick Reuse windows for launching shortcuts
click apply
