New Email Alert

I would like to know how I can change the sound Outlook is currently making
to alert me there is a new email. At the moment it is an annoying RING RING
noise!!

Go to tools - rules & alert - select the rule say change the rule & switch
of the sound.

You can also switch off the sound by
tools - option - e-mail option -advance e-mail option -switch off the play
sound.
