New Effects and Transitions

My friend just bought a new computer and his Movie Maker
has 80 transitions and 58 effects. I have only 28
effects and 60 transitions. We both have version
2.0.3312.0, so I don't understand why he has more than I
do. I've had my computer for about 2 years. Any help?
