I have an active directory domain in new york. Were opening an office in
Asia. Should i create a new domain or create a child domain or an OU??

Active directory can hold a great deal of objects. Usually multiple
domains are used because of security considerations such as password
policies or political reasons where one part of the company wants to
control their own domain. I would recommend creating a separate OU as well
as a separate active directory site.
