New Domain Controller - Replication Test

What is the best method to test a newly installed Domain Controller?
 
I usually use these tools to verify the installation:

-Dcdiag
-Netdiag
-Repadmin
-Replmon
-Dsastat

You can also download tools like Ultrasound, Sonar, FRSDiag etc...
