I copied some text from the internet and pasted onto a
New document in Word. Now whenever i open a "New"
document, or click on the blank page on the toolbar, this
text always appears. It's really bugging me now. Please
can someone tell me how to get rid of it! I'm running
XP. thanks

Sounds like you've accidentally saved the material into
your default Word template (Normal.dot). Do a search for
that file and delete the material there to fix the problem.
(If you are using some other template, you can identify it
by opening a new document, and then looking under:
Tools,->Templates and Add-Ins.)
