How do I transfer from my old computer to my new one my Microsoft Office
Outlook 2003 folders, files, and emails (sent, received, inbox, and etc.).
Can I do this or not? If so, how?

In the future you should ask this in an Outlook newsgroup rather than
Access.

Export your stuff in Outlook to a PST. Burn it to a CD. On the new PC,
import the pst.
