New Contact in BCM 2007

I am having an issue with my BCM 2007. When I select new business contact my
outlook doesn't open a dialogue box. It does nothing. I can't open and view
the contact details for contacts currently listed in the BCM either.

I am new to using BCM 2007, either I am an idiot, which is very possible or
BCM 2007 is a PIA.

Apparently if you wait for twenty minutes and try the same steps you have
already tried for the past twenty minutes the BCM will begin working.

So never mind!
