New Contact -- Fields

Guest

I'm using Outlook 2000. I want to change the default "New Contact"
window. I want the home phone at the top, and business fax at the
bottom.

I want separate fields for Email 1, email 2, & email 3.

PS: What is the big white space at the bottom supposed to be used
for?

Tools->Forms->Design a Form->Type = Contact item.

You can hide the first page and arrange your fields as you like.

The big white space at the bottom is for any notes you may want to make
about the contact - such as their IM display names, any idiosyncrasies
(allergic to shrimp) etc.

Oh you people are so nice! You've given me the clues I need to get
started on simplifying my New Contacts box. I'll play with the forms
and probably post back again when I run into trouble.

Thanks!
