I am getting a new computer and i want to have windows
office xp on my new computer. The software i have is
already loaded onto another computer can i have office on
my new computer?

if you uninstall Office from the orginal computer and install it on the new
one. But you can't have one copy installed on two machines at once.

The old End User Liscence Agreement would allow you to do so but I'm not
sure about now. They changed the EULA for newer versions of the MS XP OS so
that your only supposed to install on one PC, EVER!!! You can't even throw
out the Old PC and then build or buy a new PC you can't use an OS that you
purchased at the store for the old PC. Microsoft's new practice is to make
you buy a new one for the new PC. My guess is that if it's a newer MS
Office it'll probobly be the same.

Read the EULA for Office. I think you are allowed to install on two of your
own machines.I'm not sure though.

One laptop and one desktop at same time for OFFICE.

Only one computer for Windows.

OEM is tied to one computer, the one it was first
installed/activated on.

Retail software can be uninstalled and moved to another
computer.

You can install it one your main desktop and a laptop but thats it.
You need to check EULA for licence. Personally, I would just install
it from original PC and then on new one. Why buy two when you already
have it!
