I have a new computer that has Vista Business.

What is the best way to transfer email from my old computer (XP PRO)(Outlook
Express) to the new computer.

Programs and files should be simple enough, I intend to simply install the
programs and copy my files to a cd for transfer. But I always have trouble
with email. Is there a straight forward method to copy and transfer?
