New computer

I am getting a new computer, and want to be able to transfer my old emails,
address book, and other Outlook files to the new computer. What would be to
easiest way to transfer to files? I have a crossover cable, and a storage
hard-drive (not the one with Outlook installed) that I will be installing in
the new computer.
