New computer. Transfer Outlook Express files

Recently bought a new computer. I want to transfer my Outlook Express files
to the new computer. The mail archives and the address book are the primary
interest. I've seen similar questions but for Outlook not Express. I am
assuming the task is simply to locate the appropriate files ,copy and paste
them to the new HDD in the proper location.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
