new computer and Frontpage

My old computer crashed and I just installed Frontpage 2002 on my new
computer. How can I get my website accessed and updated through my new
computer?

The same as you always have.

Open Frontpage, then open the site (file, Open Web) then publish the site
down to your new PC. Then Open the local web from the location you
published it to on your PC. Make changes, and republish the changed pages.

If the FP server ext are not installed, then connect via FTP and transfer
the files to your machine.
