New Clean install

How can I get a new Clean install without assuming previous settings or pst
file from previous installation?
I've unnistalled Outlook and renamed the folders at documents and settings/
Aplication Data/Microsoft/Outlook and also at Local Setings.
i've reintalled it but outlook assumes previous email acounts and warns me
tha doesn't find the outlook.pst file.
How can I get a new installation with no previous settings and create a new
outook.pst file?

Delete the Mail profile before uninstalling the product. (control panel >
mail applet > show profiles)
