New browser window

Is there a way to open a new browser windows from a winforms application
without reusing a currently open browser instance? (that is, ALWAYS creating
a new one)

Try this:

System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("http://your-site.com/your-page.html");

This should also work with HTML files on the local hard drive:

System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(@"C:\Temp\MyFile.htm");
