how can i take information or percentages from a numberous ppt slides and
make graph out of it. My boss also wants info from 4 slides merged onto to
one slide. For example we have a
30 day personnel loss slide
60 day personnel loss slide
90 day personnel loss slide

30 day personnel gain slide
etc...
What advise could u give me on sayin more with less slides?

You could try what we call a "quad slide"--it's a slide with four quadrants
on it. I often see it used to display four bar charts of information.

Thi s will give you some general information on how to create a chart and
what kind of chart to create:

All you'd need to do is resize the finished chart to fit in one of the
quadrants.
