My hard drive crashed so I bought a 300 GB Maxtor hard drive replacementt. I
have a Dell 8100 and run XP Professional. My XP Pro CD was from before
Service Pack 1 so as the updates came avail I downloaded them from online.
Now I need XP Pro with Svc Pack 2 for the computer to recognize above 137GB.
How can I do get service pack 2 burned to CD to work with my XP Pro CD for
installing adn formatting the hard drive?

You need to slipstream SP2 into your original install media. This is
very easy to do. I like AutoStreamer but there are other methods:

You can create a new installation CD containing the SP2 updates. This can be
created using either a manual slipstreaming technique or with a special utility.
Many manual procedures for this can be found on the web but I recommend using a
freeware utility called AutoStreamer. It makes it quick, painless, and almost
foolproof.

Here's a link for more info and to download:

You'll also need the SP2 update package itself. This can be downloaded (BIG
file) or ordered from MS (long wait). Better solution would be to borrow the SP2
Update CD from someone, if available.

Here's the link for the MS download or to order the CD:

You need to create a slipstreamed CD. There is good information on
Slipstreaming SP2 here:
