Networks gone kaput!

Hi there, in need of help

Still got the same setup,

Cable modem -> router
PC1 -> router
PC2 -> router
PC3 -> router

Yet, pc1 connects to the net fine, pc2 and 3 dont atall..
Pc1 = xp
Pc2=2000
pc3=98

Just cannot seem to see whats up with it, and why only pc1 can connect..

First, do all PCs have same IP range?
Are you using DHCP service on the router?
Can those PCs ping the router?
How did they connect before the config change? Did you reconfigure
them?
Did you change any config on the router?
Can those PCs see each other on the LAN?
Have you verified that TCP/IP is bound to the network adapters, and
that the network adapter is the connection device for the internet
acccess?

A bit more detail of the prior state of these systems, details of the
current configuration may be needed.
