Deleted a virus called Downloader.Agent.2.k from Windows XP Home Edition.
The virus infected C:\Windows32\ipconfigs.exe file. I am networked to one
other computer. Now I can't see computer on either computer. Any help w/b
appreciated.
 
The virus did not infect the file ipconfigs.exe. There us no such file in
windows. The virus created this file and utilized it. Are you receiving an
ip address on the pc? if so, what is the address? It may be numerous issues
causing this. First check the physical connection (i.e. link lights, cables,
etc...) then see if the pc is getting an ip address. Let me know.
