See couple of posts asking about this---biggest hurdle is
security on to different OS' simplest fix is to use a
hardware firewall as router if you have broadband
connection and set security on objects on each PC to be
shared to allow 'EVERYONE' since you cannot brose the
security object across the 2 OS' (assuming no 2000 or 2003
server is present).
