Networking with 2nd computer using Windows ME

The Windows ME computer does not have NETBEUI under the configuration , when
I open Network through the control panel. I need this to complete the network
and share files. How do I add the NETBEUI? I don't have a Windows ME CD only
the system recovery cd's that came with the computer. I do have a separate
Windows 98SE CD, if that would help.
